Favourite song to play on any instrument?
Shout At The Devil ‘97 by Motley Crue.
I learned how to play it in an attempt to impress my dad when I was eleven or twelve years old. Of all my drum covers so far, I think this is the only one that really shows how much fun playing drums can be for me. This is what I mean when I say getting into a song can just make your body parts do odd things. I never intentionally lift my legs up above the snare drum or hover my head low below the hi-hats — they feel like impulses. When my body starts doing shit on its own, I know I’m having the best experience possible.
